Case Study - Pacific Coast Tacos

THE CLIENT

Sugar Land-based Pacific Coast Tacos is a specialty restaurant featuring authentic Pacific Rim tacos, inspired by coastal cuisine from Tahiti, Southern California, Baja California and Vietnam

THE CHALLENGE

Founded by Lincoln and Lyndsay Ward in 2018, Pacific Coast Tacos needed a wide range of marketing assistance to launch their new restaurant.

First, we needed to refine an existing logo, formatting it for use across a variety of print and electronic applications. They needed to be able to use it on the web, in print and on merchandise.

Our next task was to design and develop an exceptional website that seamlessly integrated with a third-party point of sale system, ToastTab, an industry-standard requirement for most restaurants. This integration supported and streamlined on-site orders, online orders, delivery and a dynamic loyalty program.

In addition, we configured Facebook and Google My Business, then provided reputation management through their first year of operation.

EXPANSION

The client was so pleased with the overall functionality and visual appeal of the website, that they engaged us to replicate it for another restaurant they opened in 2019, Wing Station.

Since that time, Wing Station has expanded to two more locations and Pacific Coast Tacos has a second Houston-area location opening soon.

FUN FACT!

The pacific-coast inspired décor at Pacific Coast Tacos features some of photography, surfboards and skateboards owned by the Pacific Coast Tacos Founder, Lincoln Ward including some donated by our own founder, Damien Nelson!
