Case Study - Orleans Seafood Kitchen

THE CHALLENGE

Orleans Seafood Kitchen is a popular Katy, TX-based restaurant offering Cajun-style seafood to its west Houston-area patrons. N&C was originally hired in 2012 to work with their talented in-house graphic designer to build their first website. After completion, we were retained on a long-term basis to serve all their web and marketing needs.

Over the years the successful restaurant has grown, and we are proud to have been a part of that success. In that time, we have implemented three iterations of their website, including the current one, which can be found at OrleansSeafoodKitchen.com.

PROJECT EVOLUTION

As Orleans Seafood Kitchen evolves, its needs do, too. With new requests for increased functionality, N&C continues to integrate innovative tools and creative features into the website.

Some of the enhanced features and services we’ve introduced include:

  • Prominent display of events and promotions
  • Functional gift card sales mechanism
  • Integration of a customer rewards program
  • Social platform integration designed to increase engagement
  • Email subscription management and automated email campaign
  • “Call-for-Pickup” to-go ordering mechanism
  • Creative tool to feature daily promotions
  • Distribution mechanism for posting content to the site, social media platforms and broadcast emails
  • Efficient interface with online ordering and delivery services
  • Easy accessibility of critical information like menus, address, business hours and contact info
