Web Development Project for Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey

In 2016, Nelson & Co. (N&C) developed a web site for Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey (RMWBH), a Texas legal power house with offices in Houston, Sugar Land, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, Texas. Their requirements specified that we were to build a modern looking website, but securely and without a content management system (CMS). This is somewhat unusual for modern web development projects, as CMS platforms such as WordPress have become staples in the market and bring with them tens-of-thousands of pre-configured plugins that address various feature requirements without having to write them from scratch. Additionally, photo shoots had to be organized for approximately 37 attorneys throughout the five Texas locations. This firm has grown significantly and RMWBH wanted a new site that would 1.) reflect their status as Fort Bend’s largest law firm, 2.) showcase the great attorneys, and 3.) clearly present the thirteen practice areas where they serve their clients. N&C completed the web development project, launched the site and maintained it into 2018 before handing the keys over to a RMWBH staff member.
