Pacific Coast Tacos, or PCT, soft opened around November of 2017 with much anticipation by the local Sugar Land community. The PCT menu boasts over 23 tacos, most of which are not your normal Mexican style taco. For example, the Korean beef taco is scratch made with fresh vegetables and sriracha sauce over a savory beef and in a Jicama tortilla. Jicama is a root vegetable that can be sliced very thin yet still remain crispy and flexible with a water chestnut-like texture. N&C was able to contribute to this new restaurant concept from its very inception, participating in menu item development tastings, and assisting with the establishment of a pacific rim vibe. N&C developed shirts, hats and hoodies to be used as both workforce apparel and point of purchase sales items for restaurant patrons. N&C also participated in a couple architectural meetings and worked with the architects to ensure the N&C built website and social pages would be consistent with the restaurant decor and its open layout. We are extremely pleased with the end result as Pacific Coast Tacos has become a local favorite as well as a destination for Greater Houston area foodies and food bloggers. Our congratulations to restaurant owners Lyndsay and Lincoln Ward for a job well done and a thanks for allowing us to participate in this project.
