Michael Hill Properties WordPress Integration & Retainer
Nelson & Co., LLC (N&C) is proud to present the world with a newly reconstructed version of the mhprop.com website built for Michael Hill Properties, a commercial real estate brokerage with a focus on Greater Houston area industrial real estate properties. This site is a partially modified version of their original site, but fully integrated into a content management system (CMS) for ease of maintenance. The site includes:
- Mobile and tablet responsiveness
- Site-wide searching
- Listings for featured properties and recent transactions with links to documentation and property listings on a 3rd party provider site
- Overview pages for the company, their services and the types of properties they handle
- News tool
- Social media connections
- Sharing tools for a multitude of marketing services
This project came to be after the N&C marketing services team pointed out the vast number of site visitors were using mobile devices to view the company website, which was not built for mobile viewing. Nelson & Co. also serves Michael Hill Properties with web marketing services, and it became apparent that a new website would provide additional capabilities in this area. The site has had success in gaining media attention and article distribution to major media outlets around the U.S.
