Case Study - DataVox
DataVox is Houston’s premier, advanced business-technology provider. They provide technology services that include all aspects of design, implementation and maintenance of audio visual, cloud, data center and network technologies, cyber security, IT support and managed services, network cabling, phone systems, smart building technologies and physical security solutions.
In 2014, they contracted N&C to create a new website that featured both high-quality web design and superior web site technologies. The process would include migration of content from their existing website, new photography, custom web design and web development.
In 2015, after having launched the site in August 2014, N&C and DataVox established an additional web-services retainer agreement. Under this expanded service scope, N&C would deliver ongoing web development, security, content writing, graphic design, SEO and maintenance services for the website.
Each element was intended to further develop the DataVox online presence and marketing initiatives, communicating company news and events, and helping DataVox make a positive impression on site visitors, current clients and prospective clients.
The customized, 800-page website was built with the following enhanced features:

- Slider-style header images
- Social media interactions
- News & awards postings
- Job postings
- Product and brand overviews
- A fairly sophisticated mega-menu and sidebar menu system to handle the large number of pages
