THE CLIENT
Urban planning consultancy Kendig Keast first developed its PC-based enCodePlus planning software in the early 90’s to help municipalities digitize their zoning ordinances. Since that time, it has evolved into an innovative, cloud-based, local government code and planning software that has transformed the traditional, outdated approach for civil and municipal code management, codification, and web publishing
THE CHALLENGE
N&C was first engaged by enCodePlus in 2012 to develop its website, create a marketing brochure and implement web marketing initiatives. At that time, the company was in the process of migrating to the cloud, a move that opened up many new markets for them. It was important to convey the professional, technically savvy, innovative image they wanted to portray.
EXPANSION
In 2019, enCodePlus renewed its relationship with N&C, expanding our scope to include web integration of Salesforce CRM software, revitalization and restructure of website content, search engine optimization (SEO), paid web advertising, Google My Business page development, promotional marketing campaign landing pages, web forms, and copywriting for web, social media and public relations applications.
N&C worked closely with this client to implement these web marketing initiatives which greatly enhanced the functionality of their site.
